1. Training and Technology Transfer

Team One Composite will educate and train companies in all aspects of composite materials processing and product development.

This can take place either as pad of an on-going contract or, more formally, as pad of a specific theoretical or practical training programmer at Composite's official workshops. Team One Composite encourages the second mint of client’s staff to work alongside with Composite engineers throughout the duration of a project. Composite has access to a specialist recruitment company which can identify and recruit staff at all levels during the course of a project of preferred; Composite can simply assist with the technical recruitment of staff within a client company on an as required basis.

2. Feasibility Studies

Composite conducts feasibility studies on behalf of companies looking to develop a new product, or substitute an existing material or product, with a composite material. We quantify the technical, economic and environmental benefits of changing from traditional materials such as steel, aluminium, wood or concrete into composites.

We will also identify any technical, commercial or legislative barriers to entry and indicate likely costs and timescales for adoption by the market.
